Data we process
To provide the service, we may process account and personal-space information, prompts, uploaded images, video, audio or 3D files, generation settings and results, Pikbo credit activity, purchase records, and physical order and delivery details.
How we use data
We use this data to authenticate and authorize access, complete generations, deliver and manage works, handle payments and refunds, provide support, protect the service, and meet accounting or legal obligations.
Third-party services
When you submit a generation, payment, or physical order, the information needed to complete that action may be sent to the corresponding generation, payment, storage, or fulfillment provider. One action does not authorize unrelated use of your content.
Access and security
Personal content is isolated by account and personal space. We use access controls, protected transfer, and limited file access, and restrict sensitive information from product analytics and error reports.
Retention and deletion
We retain data only as long as needed to provide the service, recover securely, handle disputes, or meet accounting and legal duties. You can delete content through available product controls or contact us about access, correction, and deletion, except for minimum records we must retain.
Product analytics and error monitoring
We may collect page views, button actions, error categories, and performance data that exclude creative content, to improve the product and investigate failures. We do not intentionally send passwords, full card numbers, or user file contents as analytics events.
